Guide to Events at The Literary Center

Location

Unless stated otherwise, all events are held at the Margaret Mitchell House Visitors Center on 990 Peachtree Street, at the corner of Peachtree Street and Peachtree Place in Midtown Atlanta. Limited free parking is available directly behind the Visitors Center off Crescent Avenue.

Admission

Admission prices are listed with the description of each event.

Tickets for evening programs are not sold in advance, and are paid at the door. Certain Lunch & Lit and Booked for Breakfast programs require advance payment. Please check the specific event for details on how to pay in advance and reserve your seat.

RSVPs are appreciated to help us plan to accommodate our guests. RSVP through our phone line at 770.578.3502, or online by clicking the RSVP button next to the event you would like to attend.

You will not receive a RSVP confirmation. Your RSVP does not guarantee a seat. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reception Details

Unless otherwise stated, doors open for all evening events ae 6 p.m. for a reception. The reception includes free appetizers and a cash bar. Books are for sale during the reception and after the lecture.
